CCND1 Overexpression in Mantle Cell Lymphoma
|
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is characterised by a t(11;14)(q13;q32) translocation. This juxtaposes the bcl-1 locus to the
immunoglobulin (Ig) gene sequences and leads to deregulation of cyclin D1.
