      PCAP and Familial Prostate Cancer

HPC2 (PCAP) was proposed by Berthon (1998) as a candidate gene for Familial Prostate Cancer. However, a subsequent linkage study (Gibbs, 1999) indicated this gene could only account for a small proportion of cases.
